We’ve partnered with Commerce Bank to offer patients and their families two financing options to help pay for health care expenses.
Option 1: Health Services Financing (HSF) account
The HSF account is a line of credit:
- One monthly payment.
- 0% interest for 24 to 36 months, based on the funded amount.
- No credit check required.
- Cannot be used for elective procedures that are required to be paid in full, up front.
How to sign up for an HSF account:
To sign up in your One Chart | Patient account and automatically transfer your balance, follow these steps:
- Log in to your One Chart | Patient account via the Nebraska Medicine app or web portal.
- Select Billing (app) or Billing Summary (web) from the menu.
- Choose Set up payment plan.
- Scroll down to Extended payment plan options.
- Select Learn more and enroll to apply.
If you prefer to sign up without accessing One Chart | Patient, you can do so directly by clicking here.
Option 2: CommerceCare® (for elective procedures)
CommerceCare® is available for elective procedures such as cosmetic surgery or other nonessential treatments. You can choose between two financing options:
- Promotional rate line of credit
- 0% interest for the first 12 months.
- 21.99% fixed interest after 12 months.
- Low-interest line of credit
- Prime rate + 7.24% variable interest for the life of the loan (prime rate is published in The Wall Street Journal’s “Money Rate” column).
Both options offer:
- Financing up to $30,000.
- No deferred interest, no origination fee and no early payoff penalty.
- Low monthly payments (minimum of $50 or 2% of the outstanding balance).
- Flexible payment options: pay online, by phone or by mail.
Please note: The CommerceCare® financing options are available for elective procedures only and require a credit check.
