Advanced Diagnostic Technology
Our specialists use an advanced diagnostic technique called endoscopic ultrasound. This allows us to use a scope to go down the esophagus and view the stomach and identify lesions at an early stage. Our specialists also perform endoscopic mucosal resections, which allows us to remove early stage tumors without surgery.
Advanced Surgical Techniques
Our surgeons have had advanced training in surgical techniques that allows them to remove lymph nodes from the stomach region, resulting in less recurrence and improved survival. Surgical therapies may include: laparoscopic and robotic procedures and for advanced cases hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) and cytoreductive surgery (CRS).
Clinical Trials
Our doctors are very involved in research and clinical trials. Clinical trials give you early access to the most current and promising treatment and therapy options before they become available elsewhere. See what trials related to gastrointestinal issues are currently underway.
