Ejaculatory dysfunction

Treatment for premature ejaculation typically starts with medications, as well as reviewing a patients medical history. The most common causes of premature ejaculation include medication and surgery. Treatment in this case would be changing medication or waiting for complete recovery from surgery to see if function improves.

Penile curvature
Penile curvature, or Peyronie's disease, usually occurs following an injury to the penis, surgery on the penis, or exposure to radiation. It results from a strong inflammation or inflammatory reaction that causes scar tissue to develop deep inside the penis tissue. This causes the penis to curve, bend or rotate. Penile curvature usually develops slowly. You may first notice curvature or pain during an erection. Treatment can not be offered immediately following the injury, but after the curvature has developed over time.
Penile curvature usually poses no health risk to patients. There is no need for treatment unless the condition causes undue psychological distress or physical pain (to you or your partner) during sexual intercourse.
Surgery used to be the primary treatment for Peyronie's disease. While there is no oral medication for this condition, we can now offer patients an injectable medication. This treatment requires a series of injections into the affected area to help break down the plaque. It is much less invasive than surgery, and has been proven to work well for many patients.
