When you’re feeling unwell but can't make it to a clinic, an Immediate Care Video Visit offers a quick, convenient option for care without leaving home.

Hours:

  • Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Holidays: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. (New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day)

Common conditions we can treat

Immediate Care Video Visits can address a range of nonemergency conditions, including:

  • Respiratory symptoms: Cough, nasal congestion or sore throat.
  • Skin issues: Acne, rash, minor burns or sunburn.
  • Digestive concerns: Nausea, vomiting, mild abdominal pain or heartburn.
  • Other common issues: Painful urination, yeast infection, allergies, headache, joint pain, pink eye or fever.
