What to expect at your first visit
Your first visit will include a comprehensive interview with one of our sexual mental health specialists. It will last approximately one hour. We will take the time to talk through your symptoms and screen for any other conditions, such as anxiety or mood problems that may be affecting your sexual health. This visit will help us understand your situation and symptoms to develop a treatment plan unique to you.
Treating sexual dysfunction can be complex and often requires a multifaceted approach.

Our sexual mental health specialists will work closely with your primary care or OB-GYN provider to coordinate a treatment plan that considers the physical and mental factors impacting your sexual health.
Our team knows that attending appointments can be challenging during pregnancy and postpartum. For this reason, all our services are available through Telehealth, so you can get the support you need from the comfort of your own home. We accept self-referrals, or your doctor may refer you.
