What to expect at your first visit

During a visit with one of our mental health specialists, you will have time to process and talk through your unique situation. Our experts will provide guidance and develop a treatment plan that meets your needs and addresses your symptoms. Treating stress related to high-risk pregnancy or birth complications varies based on each patient’s unique situation and symptoms. Our mental health experts may recommend ongoing therapy, medication for mental health symptoms or both.

Our team knows that attending appointments can be challenging during pregnancy and postpartum. For this reason, all our services are available through Telehealth, so you can get the support you need from the comfort of your own home. We accept self-referrals, or your doctor may refer you.
