Log in using an updated browser with cookies and JavaScript enabled. Tip sheets are available within One Chart | LINK for guidance.
Get started with One Chart | LINK
Enrollment is open to physicians, advanced practice providers, clinicians and nonclinical staff who need access to patient records. Non-provider users must have a provider sign the form.
- Download the application and fill out all required fields, including designating a system administrator.
- Email the completed form to MedStaffServices@nebraskamed.com.
- Once processed, you will receive a user ID and temporary password.
Please note: The system administrator is responsible for managing user access, including password resets and user deactivation.

You can access EpicCare Link and Tapestry Link on:
- iPads (iOS 14 or later) using the Safari browser
- Android tablets using the Chrome browser
Please note: The native Android browser and third-party browsers are not supported, nor is Chrome on iOS (use Safari instead).
