Breastfeeding improves your child’s intellectual and social development. It decreases your child’s risk of colds and ear infections as well as chronic diseases such as allergies, asthma, diabetes, obesity and cancer. Parenting can be confusing and difficult at times and breastfeeding is no exception. It helps to have knowledgeable resources to turn to when you have questions. It's possible to overcome the breastfeeding obstacles you face, and we're here to help you.

Studies have proven breastfeeding to be one of the strongest ways you can positively impact your child’s health...and your own.
