Submit a COVID-19 E-Visit
The COVID-19 E-Visit is an online series of questions. Your answers will be sent to a health care provider for review. If the health care provider determines a COVID-19 test is needed, you will receive a prompt to schedule your test at one of our health centers within 24 hours.
To start an E-Visit, log into your One Chart | Patient account through the One Chart | Patient portal or the Nebraska Medicine app and follow these instructions.
