  • Turn left onto 8th Ave
  • At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto 2nd Ave
  • Continue onto S 22nd St
  • Turn right toward US-34/US-75 N
  • Turn right onto US-34/US-75 N

Ample parking is available for patients and visitor in front of the clinic.
