Indications for referral include:
Pre- or post-transplant patients with:
- History of melanoma or nonmelanoma skin cancer
- High-risk or unknown risk for melanoma or nonmelanoma skin cancer
- Suspected cutaneous malignancy
- Suspected cutaneous infection, adverse reaction or inflammatory condition
