Using your phone
Step 1: Log in to the Nebraska Medicine app using your One Chart | Patient username and password.
Step 2: Select the “Visits” tile at the top of the home screen.
Step 3: Find your appointment and select “View and Invite Participants.”
Step 4: To invite a guest, select “Invite a new guest.”
Step 5: Click on the drop-down to select an invitation recipient. If you do not see the person listed that you would like to invite, select “New Guest.”
Step 6: Fill out the form and choose whether to send an invite by text message or email. Once ready, click “Send text message invitation” or “Send email invitation.” They will receive an invitation to join the video call.
Using your computer
Step 1: On your home computer, visit www.onechartpatient.com and log in to your account.
Step 2: Select the “Visits” button at the top of the screen.
Step 3: Select the “Home Call Telehealth” from the list.
Step 4: On the left side of the screen, select “View and invite participants.”
Step 5: To invite a guest, select “Invite a new guest.”
Step 6: Click on the drop-down to select an invitation recipient. If you do not see the person listed that you would like to invite, select “New Guest.”
