Pool details:

  • We offer a state-of-the-art Swim Ex therapy pool in Bellevue that's 10 feet by 14 feet and designed to provide an optimum environment for aquatic therapy.
  • The pool has multiple depths and a current that can be increased to 6 mph to provide added resistance to your workout. Your focus will be on increasing your strength, endurance and balance while working one-on-one with a physical therapist.
  • Water depths range from 4 feet to 6 feet, thus allowing for a variety of exercises including deep water work.
  • We keep our pool pleasantly warm.
  • Your therapy may involve various pieces of exercise equipment that are designed specifically for the water including weights and an underwater treadmill. 
  • You can get in the pool by stairs or a chair lift.
  • Our facility includes locker rooms that are equipped with lockers, bathrooms and showers.
