When she suddenly lost the ability to speak on her way home from a Christmas party, Penny Noack's son knew something was terribly wrong. He acted quickly, getting her to the hospital in Sioux City, Iowa. Through a telestroke consultation, Dr. Scott Diesing knew Penny needed to get to Nebraska Medical Center.
